Security risk assessment

Security risk assessment is concerned with the evaluation of risk to vulnerable individual/s and/or assets including corporate entities and their existing or intended activities against external or internal threat.

The aim of the assessment is to identify weaknesses in existing security protocols and make recommendations to rectify any failings. The threat may vary and could manifest itself in a competitor seeking to obtain crucial business information or the physical assault on the logistics of an overseas commercial operation. The assessment would ideally be conducted by experienced security consultants over a period of time by way of checks and tests, and may include inserting an undercover operator to work within the entity so as to obtain an objective analysis, free of interference and cover-up.
