India Airport Security Alert
A security alert has been issued after the discovery of a terrorist plot to hijack an Indian plane.
Sources say that the alert affects all indian airports and the interior minister UK Bansal made the warning official Friday Jan 22.
All security staff have been placed on the highest threat status indicating that the risk is high. The plot is definately linked to Al Queda with a plan to hijack one or more planes from an Indian airport.
